从 API 调用到运行时管理
Foundation Models framework 的核心变化不是新 API，而是模型调用从一次性的 HTTP 请求变成了应用可管理的运行时状态。LanguageModelSession 让应用可以控制上下文窗口、生成参数和对话历史——这意味着模型调用会进入应用的状态管理层，而不是停留在每个功能独立调用。这个架构变化的影响远大于 API 本身：它要求客户端架构预留会话管理、上下文维护、模型状态持久化和失败恢复的能力。
fm CLI 的信号
fm CLI 和 Python SDK（334）说明 Apple 同时在推动模型能力进入工程自动化场景。这不是面向终端用户的功能，而是让 CI/CD 脚本、测试工具和开发工作流也能调用模型。这说明 Apple 预判的模型使用场景不仅限于 app 内交互，还包括开发过程自动化。
Provider 抽象意味着模型可替换
